Made with Love

All items are made to order by hand in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Care and attention are also put into the packaging to ensure your order arrives in tact and damage free.

 

Sizing

Please refer to the size charts in the listing photos of each item. All shirts/sweatshirts/hoodies are unisex sizing, unless otherwise noted. If a fitted look is desired, it is recommended to size down.

 

Care Instructions

• Wash inside out in cold/warm water
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the design
• Do not dry clean 

 

Custom and Personalized Orders

To request customization of a listed item, please complete the Custom Request Form. To request a custom, new design, please send a direct message with details and date needed. Together, we will decide on a design and timing; mock-ups will be presented and confirmed before printing takes place.

Refunds & Exchanges

A lot of care, love and attention are put into our apparel - we know that you'll love it. For this reason and due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. 

However, we accept returns or exchanges for product that may have been damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, send an email to hello@livandelle.com within 10 days of your order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.
